WZ enviro Recyclable structure with as much as 90% dominant recyclable substrate:

BENEFITS

• Meets most strict recycling requirements with up to 90% dominant recyclable substrate  combined with the Ultra thin film layers of paper from 10gsm, aluminium foil from 4.5 micron, BOPP film from 3 micron, PET film from 2 micron

• Using Water based Glue and Plant-based Wax lamination of ultra thin materials, to replace primer and lacquer coatings with a number of advantages: 

• Enables recycling – easier to filter film particles.
• Reverse lamination – ink inside and protected
• Higher strength and improved barrier properties, puncture resistance
• Premium look gloss effect
• Improved print definition (print is on film-photographic quality)
• Better twist and memory effect – enables high speed twist wrapping
